A sinking feeling has come over me again
I do not know what to do about it.
It comes, and goes but it never stays away.
Oh how can I save the day.

A sick feeling is consuming me again
I have no clue how to over power it.
I thought it was over, but it reared its ugly head.
Oh how can I make it stop.

A darkness is feeling up in side me again
I have no light left to out shine it.
I thought I could beat it, and never see it again.
Oh how can I survive without losing everything.

Hurricanes, wars, floods, and lost lives.
My woes are nothing compared to these,
but they are true and real and they scare the
Hell out of me.

All I can ask is say a prayer for me too.
